I believe that each religion is about the same. Each has its own set of rules and for the Christians it’s the 10 commandments. Christianity is therefore not selfish. I think the primary goal of each religion is to make one a better person and to spread that love around. Of course I haven’t heard of a religion that requires one to go around killing people. Christians were persecuted in another country. Now, aren’t the persecutors more selfish?

Some people question if God exists, since they cannot see him. Then let me ask if wind exists since I cannot see it? Well, wind does exist as we can feel it, such as we can feel God’s love and warmth. We see the wind move the leaf on the trees, such as God is able to perform miracles. Why we don’t have a statue to pray to? I ask again: is that a necessity? I can always take a statue of someone famous for his or her good works and come up with a long story and history and start a new religion. Haha. If there is such a need for a statue to believe that a God exists. The cross is not a statue. It is just a symbol of God’s sacrifice and the love that He has for us.

There are also people who question about why Christians cannot date non-Christians. Now, don’t you want to meet someone who shares the same faith as you? Someone who understands your actions and your beliefs. What happens if 2 people from 2 different religions start dating and their different stands conflict. Won’t that just make the friendship worse? Christianity is not the only religion that expects the partner to convert. YES. God loved them all. He sent us out to the fields to labor and collect the harvests. Hanging out with the unbelievers is a very good chance to spread God’s word. But of course you should never force it on them. Hence there is no great purpose just to hang out with one’s own kind. Homosexuality? There is a reason why God created Adam and Eve: male and female. He did not create the world with just one gender in mind

Is there really a God? Did he create all this? Some people believe that man originated from the apes. Then I ask: how were apes created? They couldn’t have popped out of the blue right? You say man created the apes? Then how is it possible for man to originate from the apes? God created the world and the knowledge of our creations is given by God.

Questions such as “why me?” and “why did this happen?” are very common. How often have you complained and how seldom have you counted your blessings and thanked God? It is very easy o point he finger and blame Him. Often we ask Him for things and help and we complain when things don’t go out way. Some people also claim that God has forgotten about them or has ignored their cries. God NEVER forsakes His people. It could be that His answer is “no”, or its just not the time yet. Failing in an exam and claiming that you prayed about it? Alright. Did you have the faith? Did you do your part by studying? You cannot go watch television and claim that He will help you. You reap what you sow. He gives the help to those who has worked for it. Never ask for anything and not have faith.

When misfortunes occur, God does not cause them to happen, He allows them to happen. Trails and tribulations are actually created by the enemy. God allows them to happen as it is part of His plan, which is strengthen and to mold you. It is the same concept of why our parents allow us to learn how to ride a 2-wheel bicycle even though they know we will fall and get hurt in the beginning. But in the end, we will overcome and conquer
